This California-based company was no longer interested in continuing operations in the machining sector and decided to liquidate their manufacturing and office operations assets from their 60,000 sq.ft. facility in Marietta, Georgia. This strategic decision also dictated their exit from the building into a very compressed timeframe. The client was looking for a single-service provider to tackle the project in its entirety. Other companies were interested in specific pieces and parts of the asset pool; however, Integra was able to satisfy the client with an outright purchase offer and execute the liquidation of the project within the agreed upon 60 days from contract signing.

The complete sale included one live virtual auction (with auctioneer) and one timed online only auction. Our marketing efforts highlighted the late-model Haas machining centers that were the hot-ticket items of the sale. This resulted in a very active and engaged audience of 825 registrants from 14 different countries.
