Mark Reynolds
With over three decades of expertise in industrial valuation and acquisitions, Mark brings exceptional skill in uncovering value within a company’s assets. As a former Executive Vice President at Hilco Industrial, he worked with esteemed clients such as General Motors, Rio Tinto, PSEG, Dow Chemical, Energy Alloys, and Theranos. Prior to his tenure at Hilco, Mark founded and led Vulkan Industries for 12 years, serving as President and Principal, where he specialized in the sale of metalworking machinery. His contributions to the industry also included serving on the Board of Directors of the MDNA and as President of Machinery Information Systems.
Now a Partner and Managing Director at Integra Asset Solutions, Mark is involved in many aspects of the company’s operations and is integral to the company’s success. He plays a key role in deal qualification, valuation, and negotiation while managing a nationwide network of joint venture partners. Known for his ability to nurture relationships, Mark represents Integra at industry events across the country. As someone who is highly respected in the industry, Mark’s leadership and expertise continue to strengthen Integra’s reputation as a trusted partner in asset valuation and liquidation.
