Hyzon Motors engaged Integra to manage the expedited liquidation of all assets at its Bolingbrook, IL and Troy, MI facilities. Integra rapidly mobilized onsite crews to set up operations at both locations, efficiently marshaling, merchandising, and cataloging over 3,000 items, including finished products and raw goods. Despite the complexity of marketing primarily Chinese-manufactured fuel cell equipment, Integra launched a highly targeted global campaign that successfully attracted niche buyers within the fuel cell and EV manufacturing sectors.

The auction drew nearly 1,000 participants, driving highly competitive bidding and ensuring maximum value recovery for Hyzon. In addition to selling all major assets, Integra supervised the containerization and international shipping process through third-party vendors, with much of the specialized equipment ultimately sold to buyers in India. This project showcased Integra’s ability to swiftly and effectively manage complex, specialized liquidations under tight timelines while delivering outstanding client outcomes.
