THE INTEGRA EXPERTISE
We Specialize in Comprehensive Liquidation Services of Commercial & Industrial Assets
This type of liquidation would involve an auction event with all assets posted in an online catalog. It may be a live or timed online auction with or without an auctioneer. Sometimes interested parties can bid onsite, but they can always participate remotely through online bidding. This is usually the most popular liquidation option.
Facility Turnkey Opportunities
If real estate is available in addition to the manufacturing assets, it may be best to go to market with a turnkey opportunity. This allows a potential client to step in and continue operations, making the investment more attractive especially if it includes the current workforce, inventory, WIP, contracts, IP, or accounts receivable.
Privately Negotiated Sales
Sometimes a specific asset class is best served through privately negotiated sales. This means, there is no auction. When the assets are marketed, interested parties are asked to contact us directly. This allows for detailed conversations to take place as may be dictated by the complexities of the liquidation.
