Anderson Technologies, a contract plastic injection molding company, engaged Integra to assist with their operational consolidation efforts. The company closed its Grand Haven, Michigan facility while continuing operations at its Batesville, Mississippi plant. This move included the relocation of several machines to support the work that was transferred to the Mississippi location. Our on-site team was able to prepare, organize, and catalog all machinery and equipment for auction, as well as coordinate the removal of all purchased assets.  It was critical that the removal be done in a timely and orderly manner, while allowing enough time to return the building back to the terms of the lease, as the company was under a strict deadline to vacate.
